Isla Kusina Bar and Restaurant was born in 2020 from humble beginnings. We started out as LA KUSINA in 2019, a small breakfast joint serving Filipino-Canadian fusion cuisine on the weekends to members of a Filipino association in the area. Our flavorful dishes and warm hospitality quickly caught on, and our patrons began to spread the word about us to their friends and family.

Now, we’ve grown into a full-service restaurant and bar, and we are known for our delicious menu featuring a wide variety of Filipino-Canadian fusion dishes. We are committed to using the freshest ingredients and preparing our food with love and care.
